Rosa Osman

Director, People Development

With over 15 years’ experience in her field, Rosa leads Learning and Development at Wilson James. Throughout her career, she has occupied key HR and L&D positions in various notable businesses. Including The Walt Disney Company and Seetec who operate in the justice, skills and employability industries. Rosa has also expanded her expertise in Aviation, Construction, and Security during her tenure at Wilson James.

Since joining Wilson James in 2015, Rosa has been pivotal in shaping and driving the company’s learning strategy; embedding a robust learning culture across the organisation. She has led the implementation of numerous high-impact learning initiatives, championed apprenticeship programmes, and developed bespoke qualifications to significantly enhance people capabilities.

In addition to her role at Wilson James, Rosa serves as Chair of the Shadow Board and is an active member of the Gender Network, contributing to strategic decision-making and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Rosa is an EMCC Accredited Coach, certified in SHL Psychometric Testing, and a Certified DiSC Practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD).
