Superintendent, National Business Crime Centre

Superintendent Patrick Holdaway has led the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) since December 2018. During this time Patrick has worked across policing and government to raise the issues that affect business. In particular, he has worked to prevent violence and tackle organised crime, whilst developing and sharing best practice. The NBCC provides national co-ordination for the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme and private security liaison, important areas that help policing protect businesses and the public. Through Patrick’s leadership the NBCC has been formally recognised for its work by both policing and business, including the Fraud Awards, NPCC, National Courier Awards andmost recently, the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs).
