I began my career in the security industry in 2010 as a Security officer. Since then, my journey has been full of challenges and achievements each day offering a lesson to learn, improve, and apply corrective actions.
Over the years, I progressed into management, including experience as a Branch Manager overseeing multi-site contracts. In this role, I led teams, managed operations across several locations, and ensured consistent, high-quality service delivery. I was also one of the few lucky people given the opportunity to participate in the Momentum Career Mentor Programme, which further shaped my leadership and development skills.
I’m passionate about mentoring and guiding team members, helping them grow and succeed in their careers.
