In my role, I work to create opportunities and develop programmes and initiative that drive social mobility in line with SecuriGroup’s core purpose of strengthening society.
I do this through inclusive recruitment and community engagement. Overseeing our recruitment and people focussed social value initiatives across the UK and ROI, I’ve been able to shape strategies that open doors into the security industry for groups who are typically underrepresented within the labour market, embed social value into hiring, and ensure our teams reflect the diverse communities we serve.
So far, this programme has been an excellent space to reflect on my leadership style, challenge my thinking, and gain practical tools to strengthen how I develop and support others.
