Jason has the experience of a 30-year career in the private security sector. He served his apprenticeship on the front line, forming his passion for a high-performance culture – ensuring employees have a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities at all levels and are equipped with the tools and opportunities to fulfil their potential. As an innovator with significant industry knowledge, Jason continues to champion the drive for technology and converged services in today’s fast-paced security environment, whilst supporting effective and sustainable operations.
Jason enjoys working collaboratively with industry peers for the good of the security sector. He worked in several leadership roles for Chubb, before joining Mitie in 2012 as Managing Director. He remains committed to leadership and the development of business strategies, effective change, and improved operating models.
