I have over 15 years of experience in the security industry, beginning my career at Heathrow Airport in aviation security. I later transitioned into corporate security with Wilson James, working on the Meta contract.
I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the first cohort of the Coaching and Mentoring program with Momentum and the Security Skills Board. Through this program, alongside exceptional trainers from Hawk Training, I have been able to push beyond my limits, refine my coaching and mentoring abilities, and apply these skills to support the development of others.
This experience has allowed me to make a meaningful impact, not only by strengthening frontline security operations but also by helping colleagues grow within their roles and progress in their careers. I am proud to be part of this pioneering cohort and look forward to completing the program to become a fully accredited coach and mentor.
