Gemma leads the Security, Aviation, and Construction Logistics services for Wilson James and has over 20 years’ experience of these industries. She sits on the Investor’s Board as a part owner of the company, as well as on Executive and Operational Boards, and is the Executive Chair for the People Network. In this role she drives Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and works with numerous industry groups and bodies that focus on improving welfare and professional standards across the UK.
Gemma has previously been HR Director at Wilson James, with key focus on integrating HR strategy with the overall business strategy. She is adept at fostering strong industrial relationships, developing innovative processes and systems, and identifying new ways of working that benefit employees and clients alike.
