I’m Emily Macaulay, Shared Services Director for ProFM Group Limited. I have been in the security industry for 11 years now, initially starting my career as a sales apprentice and progressing through the ladders to directorial level.
It’s not lost on me that I’m a female in what’s traditionally been a male-dominated industry, but what I’ve seen over the course of that decade is equally impressive women following that same trajectory and bringing fresh perspectives to the industry.
For me, the Momentum programme is an opportunity to spread that positivity and that self-belief, to bring the courage and confidence I’ve been afforded to a new audience, and to spread the word that, when you believe in yourself and you excel, you’re rewarded for it.
