This session will give an overview of the progress of the Security Skills Board to date and examine data from the recent private security industry skills survey in support of building an employer led national skills academy. It will include details of the newly launched Private Security Industry Profession Map and the Momentum Security Career Mentor Programme in more detail and how organisations can utilise these to enhance recruitment and retention of talent, through clear capability frameworks and career development pathways.
